About delivery method
Regarding delivery
  • We will deliver it anywhere in Japan.

  • In principle, we do not currently deliver overseas, but we will do our best to meet your request. In that case, you will have to bear the shipping cost at the actual cost. Please contact us in advance for details.

  • Basically, we will deliver using Yu-Pack, but we may use other shipping companies depending on the product, delivery location, and delivery request.

  • Usually, it will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from your order, and if you do not specify a delivery date, it will be delivered in 2 to 5 days. (The delivery time will vary depending on the area you live in, traffic conditions, weather, etc.)

  • Please check the delivery status with the "Postal Tracking Service" based on the "Inquiry Number" included in the shipping email sent after the package has been shipped.

  • Delivery to addresses other than the registered address is also possible. Please specify the shipping address when ordering.

  • In our store, inventory is linked with stores and multiple stores. We try to reflect the stock in real time, but if we cannot respond to your order due to reasons such as out of stock, we will cancel it. In that case, we will contact you by e-mail, so please be forewarned. → You can use the postal tracking service here.

About packing
  • We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot offer gift wrapping. If you do not need to enclose the "receipt and delivery note", please fill in the remarks column.

  • Bundled shipping is possible only if the delivery address is the same before shipping the product. If you have an additional order, please indicate so in the remarks column of the new order. If the product is shipped or the delivery address is different, we will process it as a separate order.

About shipping charges
  • Shipping fee is 20,000 yen (tax included) or more: Free shipping (400 yen for mainland Okinawa), 20,000 yen (tax included) or less: 800 yen (1,300 for Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa) It is (yen). * For other remote islands, we will inform you of the shipping fee separately.

  • For smart letter compatible products, if you wish to ship by smart letter, the shipping fee will be 180 yen nationwide.

About delivery date and time
  • You can specify the delivery date.

  • You can specify your desired delivery time from the following.

  • Depending on the delivery convenience of the shipping company, the influence of the weather, traffic conditions, and the timing of your order, we may not be able to meet your request for the specified date and time or in some areas. Please understand in advance.

Payment method
credit card
  • Please use the card in your name. You cannot use a credit card with a different name from the customer.

  • We do not issue a credit card copy on this card payment system. Please check the usage statement sent by the card company.

  • We use the payment agency service provided by Square Co., Ltd. Your credit card number will not be passed to the shop. Please be assured that your card number will be encrypted and sent.

  • You can pay with Paypal.

  • Please make payment with an account in your name.

Bank transfer
  • As a general rule, we ask that you make the transfer within one week from the date of your order.

  • In the unlikely event that the transfer cannot be confirmed for a long time from the date of your order, your order may be cancelled.

  • If the transfer name is different from the orderer, please let us know. At that time, please be sure to enter the [orderer's name] and [order number].

  • After ordering, please transfer the total amount stated in the email sent from our shop to the following account.

  • The customer is responsible for the fees incurred when making the transfer.

  • The product will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed. Please note that payment confirmation work is only available on bank business days and our business days.

About returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges at the convenience of the customer
  • At our shop, we basically do not accept returns or refunds after ordering due to customer's convenience (image difference such as different from the expected product). Please check the details on the product page carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before ordering.

Returns / exchanges when the delivered product is defective
  • We pay close attention to the quality and packaging of the products, but in the event that the product is damaged due to an accident during delivery, or if a product different from the ordered product arrives, we are responsible for it. Please contact us as we will replace it at our expense. We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible, or we will refund your money. In that case, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives. Regardless of whether the item is opened or unopened, we will not accept returns for any reason if it exceeds 7 days after the item arrives.

  • For return / exchange, please be sure to contact us in advance and follow the return / exchange procedure that we will guide you. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason if you do not follow our guidance.

  • We may refuse to return or exchange the product depending on the order status and the characteristics of the product. Please be sure to check the following "If you cannot accept returns or exchanges" and "About the characteristics of the product" before contacting us.

If you cannot accept returns or exchanges
  • If more than 10 days have passed since the item arrived

  • The fact that our products remain in their original form

  • The product used by the customer (excluding cases where it is clearly identified as an initial defect)

  • Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer

  • When product tags, etc. (instructions, boxed product boxes, accessories, etc.) are soiled, damaged, lost, or destroyed

About product characteristics
  • We do not accept returns due to the nature of the product itself, such as the color, hardness, and size of the product. We cannot accept returns for reasons other than the product you expected, or for comparison with other companies' products.

  • Although the image on the homepage is a photograph of the actual product, it may look different from the actual impression depending on the viewpoint and angle of shooting, but it is unavoidable when shooting the product. In addition, the design may change without prior notice. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

About receipts
  • At our shop, we will include a delivery note and receipt when shipping the item.

  • If you do not wish to include a delivery note and receipt due to gifts, etc., please contact us in advance.

  • If you would like to change the address of your receipt, please contact us.

  • In the case of cash on delivery settlement, the receipt (invoice) issued by the carrier is the official receipt, so we cannot issue the receipt of our shop.
